Pakistan and Norway partnered in 2005 for a multi-sector Institutions Co-operation Programme. Oslo University College collaborated with IER-PU and AKU-IED to enhance institutional capacity and teacher education programs in Pakistan. The tripartite partnership has successfully improved education quality through joint research studies.
